Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, Watch Store offers a straightforward return process.

30-Day Return Window

You may return your watch within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet specific conditions to ensure it can be resold.

Eligibility Requirements

Returns will only be accepted if the watch is strictly unworn and in its original condition. Crucially, the protective plastic film on the watch face and case back must remain fully intact and unpeeled. The watch must also be returned in its original packaging, including any manuals or accessories.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Warranty

All watches come with a 12-month movement warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, battery replacement, or normal wear and tear.
